How to Access Care & Services
Every journey begins with a first step
At Canopy Cancer Care, patients are referred to us by their GP or specialist. The referral includes important information about your medical history and the results of any recent tests or scans, helping our specialists understand your situation before your first appointment.
Once we receive your referral, our team will review the information and contact you to arrange an appointment with one of our oncologists or haematologists.
From there, we'll guide you through every stage of your care, ensuring you have access to expert advice, personalised treatment and ongoing support.
The process looks likes this:
- Referral from your GP or Specialist
Your healthcare provider sends us your referral, medical history and relevant test results. - We Review Your Information
Our clinical team reviews your referral to ensure you are seen by the most appropriate specialist. - We Arrange Your Appointment
One of our schedulers contacts you to arrange your initial consultation. - Personalised Treatment Planning
Your specialist discusses your diagnosis, treatment options and develops a care plan tailored to your needs. - Ongoing Care & Support
We continue to support you throughout treatment and recovery with specialist follow-up and wellbeing services.
